# Emails

> Send invitations, password resets and notifications from your own mail server, and check deliverability.

## Overview

**Admin → Settings → Emails** configures outgoing email for your organization: invitations, password resets and notifications.

## Deliverability

The top of the page shows how recent emails fared: **Sent**, **Delivered**, **Delayed**, **Failed**, **Bounced** and **Complained**, plus a list of recent failures.

## Use your own SMTP server

Under **SMTP Settings**, enter:

| Field | Example |
| - | - |
| **Host** | `smtp.example.com` |
| **Port** | `587` |
| **Username** / **Password** | Your SMTP credentials. Leave the password blank to keep the existing one. |
| **From Email** | `noreply@example.com` |
| **From Name** | The sender name shown on emails. |

Save, then send a test email. Test emails use your saved settings, so save first to test changes.

## Notifications

Turn **Email Notifications** on or off to control whether members of your organization receive notification emails.
