# Prompts

> Save reusable prompt templates and share them with your organization.

## Overview

Save prompts you use often, like "Write a blog post about…" or "Review this contract for…", as templates in one place, and share the good ones with your team.

Find prompts under **Workspace → Prompts**. **My Prompts** lists yours; **Org Prompts** lists prompts teammates have shared.

## Create a prompt

Click **New Prompt** and fill in:

| Field | Description |
| - | - |
| **Title** | For example, "Blog Post Writer". |
| **Description** | What the prompt does. Shown in the prompt list. |
| **Prompt** | The template text. |

### Variables

Mark the parts you change each time with double curly braces, like `{{topic}}` or `{{audience}}`. The editor lists the variables it detects under the prompt, so it's clear what to fill in before you send it.

```text Example theme={null}
Write a 600-word blog post about {{topic}} for {{audience}}.
Use a friendly, practical tone and end with three key takeaways.
```

## Share a prompt

Turn on **Share with organization** to make the prompt available to every member under **Org Prompts**.

## Find more prompts

Browse community prompt templates on [Explore](/docs/user-guide/workspace/explore). Click **Use this Prompt** on any of them to open a new chat with the prompt already in the message box.
