Manage your subscription

Go to Admin → Settings → Billing to see your Current Plan and Seats, switch between Monthly and Yearly (save 20%), and click Manage Subscription to update your payment method, change your seat count, view invoices or cancel. On Enterprise, contact your account manager to adjust seats or pricing.

Seats

On the Team plan each member uses a seat. If you invite more people than you have seats, you’ll be asked to purchase additional seats.

Payment problems

If a payment fails, the billing page shows Payment failed and asks you to update your payment method. If it isn’t resolved, access can be suspended until it is.
