Delete an organization - Wirebase

Deleting an organization is permanent and can’t be undone.

What gets deleted

From Admin → Settings → Danger Zone, Delete Organization permanently:

Deletes all chat threads and messages.
Deletes all agents, workflows and connectors.
Deletes all uploaded files from storage.
Revokes all API keys.
Removes the custom domain configuration.
Deletes the accounts of members who have no other organizations.

Delete your organization

Go to Admin → Settings → Danger Zone.
Click Delete Organization.
Type the organization’s name to confirm.

Organizations on a paid plan can’t be deleted from the dashboard. Contact support and we’ll help you.

Export first

Before deleting, members can download conversations they want to keep as Markdown or JSON. See Share & export.
