The multi-provider workspace, without running it yourself.
LibreChat and Open WebUI are self-hosted projects you deploy and operate. Wirebase gives your team the same bring-your-own-key, multi-provider, MCP-connected experience as a managed service — or, on the Enterprise plan, self-hosted in your own infrastructure with Wirebase handling the deployment.
LibreChat and Open WebUI are free to self-host; your costs are the servers, database, upgrades and the time to run them, plus provider API usage. A Wirebase seat does not include model usage: you pay $10 per member per month ($8 billed yearly) plus whatever your team spends on provider APIs. In exchange, Wirebase runs the infrastructure — or, on Enterprise, deploys it in yours.

What your team gets on Wirebase.
Managed cloud, or self-hosted on Enterprise
On the managed cloud, Wirebase runs the servers, database and upgrades; your admins add provider keys and invite people. On the Enterprise plan, Wirebase can also be deployed self-hosted in your own infrastructure, on request.
Organizations built in
Multi-tenant workspaces with roles, per-organization data isolation and encrypted provider keys.
Identity on a plan, not a project
OIDC SSO on Team; SAML 2.0 SSO and SCIM on Enterprise.
Visual workflows as tools
Chain LLM, Condition, Tool, HTTP and Template nodes, then publish the workflow so anyone can @-mention it in chat.
Usage budgets
Per-organization and per-user quotas with warn or hard enforcement, so API spend stays inside the limits you set.
White-label on Enterprise
Custom domain and branded sign-in pages, provisioned with SSL automatically.
When LibreChat or Open WebUI is the better choice
You want to self-host on your own, for free
LibreChat and Open WebUI are free to deploy yourself. Wirebase self-hosting is part of the Enterprise plan, deployed on request.
You want the source code
LibreChat is MIT-licensed and Open WebUI publishes its code under the Open WebUI License. Wirebase is not open source.
Local models with no internet path
Open WebUI runs against Ollama on your own hardware. Wirebase needs a network path to any model it calls.
You have ops capacity and no seat budget
If running servers is cheap for your team, free software avoids a per-seat fee.
Wirebase vs LibreChat and Open WebUI: FAQ
Wirebase is not open source. It is self-hostable on the Enterprise plan: it runs as a managed cloud service on every plan, and Enterprise customers can have it deployed in their own infrastructure, on request. If you need the source code, LibreChat (MIT) or Open WebUI is the better fit.
